Hello,
Thank you to everyone who has shared and/or donated to the Paper Chained Journal 2018 costs so far – we have just hit the halfway mark with $175.00 raised by 7 people!
With only $175.00 to go, we’d just need 10 people to donate around $15-$20 each to reach the goal. Please share this link and news in your networks to help us get to the total:

We are crowdfunding to raise the costs associated with receiving material, printing, and distributing the Paper Chained Journal in 2018.
The first publication of Paper Chained (2017) was funded solely out of the pockets of a member of the Running Wild Collective who is a low-income earner and full-time student. The journal unfortunately cannot be sustained this way going forward and we are asking for assistance from the community to cover basic costs.
Costs include the lease of a PO Box to make submissions of writings accessible to those in prison ($129 per year), printing of journals so that we can send publications to people in prison and to community centers (roughly $5 per journal) and postage costs. We are aiming to raise $350 to cover the costs for producing the journal in 2018 and to enable us to send bundles of journals to community libraries and book stores for free distribution, which we unfortunately could not afford to do this year.
